Returns and Exchanges
Good can be exchanged or returned up to 14 days after receipt. Socks are exempted from this and cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We offer free exchanges within the UK. Domestic returns are charged at £4.
We offer free international exchanges. If you would prefer to return your item for a refund we can supply a returns label and deduct the cost from your refund. Please note that free international exchanges are only available on full price items.
International returns will be charged at the prevailing international courier rate (DHL or UPS) detailed on our delivery page.

Important: all retuned goods from outside of the UK should be marked 'Returned Goods' to avoid incorrect customs fees being applied.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Responsibility for shipping costs
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs (unless an item is faulty). International returns labels will be charged at the current international courier rate. The initial cost of shipping will not be refunded (unless an item is faulty).
